Two and Eddie are life-long best friends and small time hustlers. When a sure thing business venture goes horribly wrong they are caught deep in debt to a dangerous loan shark named Hector. The only way to save themselves is to sell a celebrity snuff tape on the black market. Its a film the likes of which the world has never seen and everyone is after it.
